Terms of Purchase

1. Parties

These terms apply between Snaby AB, org. no. 556XXX-XXXX, and you as a customer when purchasing on snaby.se.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed via snaby.se. Payment is made by card (Stripe), Swish or Klarna. All prices are in SEK including VAT. Payment is due at time of order.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days within Sweden via PostNord. You receive a tracking number by email when shipped. Free shipping on orders over 499 262145.

4. Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer you have 14 days right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

5. Complaints

You have a 3-year right to complain about goods under the Consumer Purchases Act. Contact us at info@snaby.se with your order number if the item is faulty or damaged.

6. Disputes

Disputes shall primarily be resolved by agreement. Otherwise disputes may be tried by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se. Swedish law applies.
